We’re seeking a technically sharp and commercially aware Embedded Systems / RF Technical Advisor to work closely with our business development team. You will bridge the gap between advanced RF technologies and real-world customer needs across India’s defence and aerospace ecosystem. In addition to guiding clients through the technical landscape, you’ll also help Identify and qualify new potential customers, evaluate their fit for our solutions, and support the sales team in crafting winning proposals.
Presales & Technical Enablement
Assist in pre-sales meetings and discussions with Indian clients (DRDO, BEL, private OEMs, UAV integrators, etc.)
Translate complex specifications (e.g., RFDUs, FEA modules, V/UHF transceivers, Power amplifiers) into value-focused benefits for Indian use cases
Participate in virtual or onsite meetings to build technical trust with decision-makers and procurement teams
Liaise with the Israeli engineering team to resolve questions on product capabilities, integration, and customization
Draft technical content for RFP responses, integration proposals, or defence supplier profiles
Market Intelligence & Outreach
Search new potential clients in India across defence, aerospace, and communications verticals
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare targeted Approaches for integrators, labs, and system houses
Suggest Integration points Or Joint Venture opportunities to boost conversion
B.E/B.Tech or MTech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communication Engineering, or equivalent
2–10 years of hands-on experience in RF systems, Embedded Hardware, Defence-grade electronics, or wireless communications
Deep understanding of Indian Defence/Aerospace supply chain — DRDO, BEL, ECIL, private OEMs
Excellent communication skills — capable of simplifying deep tech to non-engineers
Comfort with flexible, freelance roles based on milestones or deliverables
Entrepreneurial mindset — able to act independently and spot new opportunities
